Professional, helpful and smooth! From the first phone call we made, to going into the store, all staff met my husband, myself and even our kids with extreme ease and family like vibes. They aimed to please and didn't disappoint! We purchased a bathtub through them and they made it an extremely easy process. They suggested we go to the showroom in Concord to get a better look at models and a few days later we called the store with a model asking could they get it and not only could they get it, They exceed expectations and went above and beyond, they were able to get it for us that day!!!! They even gave me advise and some tricks that were spot on. Just in case I failed, they gave me a "real" plumber's business card LOL! Once it was determined that one of my projects involved old parts, they were able to get the obsolete parts in the next day, and called to make sure a small bit that was needed immediately was available and waiting for me to pick up.
