Hubby and brother came home with a very expensive models bidet without telling me last Satuday, so I decided to give Joeanna a call. She was super friendly and really helpful. Not only did she help me price match with a competitor, but she also got me a much better deal on a brand new bidet smart toilet ! Now I am thinking to buy one more for the other bathroom Joeanna’s customer service was amazing. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I’m so happy with how everything turned out, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for great service and a good deal. Thanks, Joeanna! You made my day.

Very polite and comfortable to talk to the sales rep.

Good showroom with decent kohler products. Some good faucet and toilet designs. Didn’t get much time to ask about prices or availability. Will visit again to know more. Small staff of 1-2 person on weekend though. Could be better.

I live in South San Jose, but ever since I found this plumbing store I go to it even though there’s closer ones this one always seems to have everything I need if David is there ask for him he will get you what you need
