Standard Restoration of Boise

We had a hot water line rupture in our master bathroom and flooded. Thank goodness we caught it early. We called Keith at Marble Builders and he contacted Drew with Standard Restoration, who came out quickly to our home. He assessed and called for his team to come and start extracting the water and set up drying equipment. Drew and his the crew were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. All my neighbors are aware of the company and Crew, Project Mgr. etc.as we had a neighborhood party that night. Lots of questions about what happened and the process. Again, I can't thank them enough.

We had a water leak in our crawl space and although we caught it early there was still growth due to the moist/warm environment. Standard arrived with 30 minutes of getting the call and after an evaluation immediately dispatched the mitigation team and went to work. Drew (mit project manager) & Jack (mit team leader) were terrific. They kept up up to date, answered all our questions & led us through filing the claim & submitting all the paperwork in addition to helping us with the initial claim filing call. We’d like to never have a need for mitigation work again however if something comes up we feel very confident in having Standard take care of it. We highly recommend Standard without any hesitation.

Damian and his team (especially Chris) were amazing in helping us when we had a water leak while we were out of town. They showed up first thing the morning after our water leak occurred and started the mitigation process. They made sure everything was completely dried out before they removed their equipment. During this time Chris came over 2 or 3 times a day to check on the progress and make adjustments as needed. He was always respectful and professional and stayed in excellent communication.

We had a water heater leak, that got into our laundry room & crawl space. All employees were great but I specifically want to mention the project manager Damian, he communicated every step of the way & helped keep the project moving. He also handled communicating with our insurance Adjuster helping the project go smoothly. Absolutely outstanding customer service!
