Rude owner who does not care. Was supposed to be here for a job 3 hours ago. Called and the owner said he was too busy, then hung up on me. How people continue to give this guy money for treating everyone like the stuff he pumps out is beyond me. I would give him negative stars if I could.

I scheduled a week in advance. I called Fred 10 minutes within the time frame he was supposed to be here and he told me he did not add me to the schedule and waited till just then to tell me that he would not be accepting the job. I would gladly refer all pumping business to another local company called One Pump and ask for Lane. He will take care of you.

Learnt a lesson about septic system service. Stanford Vacuum Service is NOT a septic system service professional. All they can do is pump out the tanks…nothing more. They don’t troubleshoot if their is a clog or any issue you could have in a septic system whether it is aerobic or gravity flow. A they charge you TOP DOLLAR on very trip. Recommend everyone to call a septic system service company such as HURT Septic Service because they provide answers to their service and have good results. You also save money going this route.

Very very professional, extremely knowledgeable. On time. Charged what they said they would. Cleaned up after job. We highly highly recommend this company. We live out in the country and they didn't charge extra for the trip. Use this company.
