I cannot be happier with the service and price I received from Stankus Heating & Cooling. My water heater died and out of three companies I called, Stankus was the only company that did not expect me to pay a fee to tell me my water heater needed to be replaced. I so appreciated their ablility to ask me some questions about my old tank and estimate the cost of replacing it over the phone. Brett and Gavin showed up first thing in the morning and had the new tank installed in time for me to shower before I went to work. They were considerate and clean. Brett showed me how to maintain the tank for optimal performance before they left. Excellent company!

To say Stankus provides great customer service and knowledgeable installation and repair is quite an understatement. My husband and I have had the unfortunate opportunity to work with many heating and cooling companies for both repair and installation at other homes. None have compared to the extraordinary service we receive from Stankus. After Purchasing our most recent home built in 1940 we had several urgent heating repair needs. Status always provided exceptional service every time they came to service the furnace. Ultimately we decided to replace our furnace and also install an AC unit. We received quotes from five companies to be responsible about our investment. Jack Stankus’ quote was not the highest, not the lowest, but was very fair. We had hoped his prices were competitive

Brett from Stankus heating showed up quickly analyzed my heating system. It was determined that the thermostat wasn’t reading properly. As I suspected. We also made adjustments to the return cold air removed obstructions. And we throttled the hot air supply some of the rooms were getting too much heat. Thanks for you help. Highly recommended. 5 stars ⭐️ A follow up to this story. I had to move my thermostat to another wall. The place it was originally in was a very cold wall with a draft coming through a large hole behind the thermostat. It was originally next to the fireplace that was part of a large void cold air constantly dropping down from the attic. Now it is very accurate problem solved. My 42 year old daughter clued me into the cold wall situation.

We have been doing business with Stankus Heating for at least 20 years. Recently we replaced our furnace(Stankus put it in 20 years ago) and had them do the job. Clint is our technician and he is very knowledgeable and thorough. We decided to not only have the furnace replaced, but have a new water tank put in as well. We trust Stankus to do the job correctly and to assess our needs fairly and cost effectively. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them.
