Stanley Roofing redid my siding after a hail storm, and I am very happy with their services. Jeremy helped me resolve an issue I had with my insurance company and he did not charge me extra for the 7 sheets of wood I ended up needing. There was an issue with with the fascia and gutters and they were taken care of promptly and swiftly. Communication was fabulous and I could always get ahold of Jeremy if needed. When a tree fell into our house after a microburst last summer, countless storm chasers and people in unmarked vehicles came to the door trying to make a buck. We originally contacted Stanley Roofing to replace our gutters on our newly purchased fixer upper. We had a whole garden growing out of them. We got a reasonable quote from them and decided to move forward. Our contact there was Jason, who is great! When he came to pick up the deposit for the gutters, he asked us about our roof (which also needed replacement). So instead of taking payment for the gutters, he explained the process of submitting an insurance claim and walked us through the steps. Not only that, but once the claim was submitted, Jason handled the adjuster visit and showed all of the damaged areas. He was able to get us approval for a new roof covered fully by insurance.
