Ishmael (hope I spelled correctly) was very polite and professional. He informed me as to what to expect for process and cleanliness. He asked if I wanted any add-ons like sanitizer which I declined. Didn’t pressure or try to push a sale which I appreciated. Carpets look refreshed and vinyl flooring looks cleaner - I did take a swiffer pad after he left to accelerate drying and did still pick up more grime - so suggest extra buffing to get the most clean. All in all very satisfied and will definitely additional rooms soon.

Adiel was very profesional and did a great job cleaning my dinning room chairs. His work was very detailed and now my chairs look very clean. We cleaned 4 chairs.

NONE of my stains were removed. I could’ve shampooed the carpet myself. Complete waste of money. Also, they don’t provide shoe coverings for their technicians or ear protection and the machines are very LOUD!

We just had a meticulous cleaning of our air ducts and clothes dryer (and outside vent), along with the installation of a small cage to prevent birds from entering our dryer hose. The work was very much needed and we are very pleased with our results. Luis and Josue were very diligent with great attention to detail, and Luis carefully explained the entire process and provided a status update during the 2.5+ hour cleaning process. He shared detailed “before” and “after” photos of the cleaning process as well. Highly recommend the work and their professionalism!

The Team did a great job cleaning my carpets. Fast professional service. I will always use Stanley Steemer because I believe in the service, but The rooms in my house are very small and mostly covered by furniture. The final cost of my cleaning today was prohibitively high, meaning not something I would consider doing often.
