I absolutely LOVE Stanley Steemer! Not only are they a name you can trust, but their employees are amazing. Matthew and Micah provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were quick, clean, and professional throughout the entire process. I’ve used Stanley Steemer in the past, and they never disappoint. Their consistency and quality service keep me coming back. Micah and Matthew came in with the upmost respect. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the job. They explained everything and did a walk through before they started. Our carpet is nearly 15 years old and it practically looks new. We were very pleased with the outcome and will be using Stanley Steemer again in the future. From my first contact with SS on Saturday where the phone was answered promptly, I was impressed with everything about this experience. An appointment was scheduled for Monday. On Monday I received a call from Matthew prior to arrival. I met Matthew and James on site and could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and efficiency in completing the job. Both were very pleasant and I enjoyed interacting with them. Being a business owner myself, I can truly appreciate the value that exceptional employees bring to any organization. I was reluctant to use Stanley Steemer again after having a poor carpet cleaning job by 2 other technicians 4 years ago. But Micah and Alan did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! They were polite and courteous and addressed our concerns. Definitely will use them again.

Matthew and Micah cleaned the carpet at our church and you honestly couldn’t ask for two better people. They are super respectful, honest and overall great people. They did an amazing job, never stopping, not even for lunch. They worked all day for two days and it’s never looked better. They paid great attention to detail and we will definitely ask for them by name again.
