My husband and made the appointment online and the process was easy. We got a sooner appointment than anticipated. We were texted several days prior to, the morning of and when the techs were on the way to the appointment the day of. They each greeted me and introduced themselves. They were very informative and explained everything they'd be doing. They explained about why some of the stains may not remove as easily and I understood. They didn't mind moving 2 pieces of furniture for me. They both were very respectful of my home, me and my curious puppy. They made sure I knew how long to wait before moving furniture back in and to be careful walking off the carpet to laminate. They told me to call the company with any questions or concerns. I usually go with a local carpet cleaning company, but they were booked, so I decided to try Stanley Steemer this time. The technician himself was great — very polite, professional, and clearly did his best with what he had. Unfortunately, the equipment seemed subpar, and the carpet did not come anywhere near as clean as it should have. As you can see in the photo, the machine mostly just moved dirty water around and left visible spots where the vacuum sat before being picked up. I don’t fault the employee at all — he worked hard — but the end result was disappointing which I feel was due to the equipment.

Aquan and Austin were very polite, on time and explained what they would be doing. They were kind enough to turn our 9x12’ area rug around before cleaning. The rug looks great, needs to dry for a while before we can walk on. They also cleaned on cushion on sofa since something was spilled on it.

From start to finish, Juan and Gavin were polite professionals. They worked quickly, explaining their procedure with expertise. In this 25 year-old home, they pointed out what needed attention in the HVAC system, an issue that was hidden from our view. Needless to say, we are requesting Juan and Gavin for our other homes. Impeccable!
