Chance and Daniel arrived on time and had phenomenal communication. They were very efficient in getting the job done as well. Daniel walked me through all the steps they took and why they were doing what they were doing and answered all my questions clearly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

My daughter & I are in Iowa city having just a funeral the funeral fir my wife and her mother just a few days ago. We decided to clean her apartment to show respect & love for her. My daughter contacted Stanley steamers and they cleaned the carpets in 2 bedrooms 2 large lazy boy chairs in 1 of the rooms the fabric on 4 dining table seat cushions and cleaned all the tile in the bathroom. The service technician was Anthony from Iowa city. The work completed was not only professional and respectful but customer service was outstanding. Anthony went above and beyond and is a really nice guy. I highly recommend Stanley Steamers. I will be getting them back definitely to do more work for us

We were really hesitant at first but Anthony and Daniel did an amazing job!! They were respectful and funny so an added bonus. It’s like a brand new house, it’s extremely clean. Will be recommending them in the future. 100% worth the money!

Daniel and Nick were very professional and transparent about the job scope. Got the job done very efficiently. Provided pictures of before and after. Helped me move some furniture and didn’t make any mess. Would recommend to everyone!

Our dog ate a treat that didn't agree with him and he tossed his cookies all over our couch. We tried using our shampooer multiple times on it, even put floor powder on the couch to try to get rid of the smell... nothing worked. Called Stanley Steemer in and they got rid of the smell for us. Thank you so much. I haven't sat on my couch in over week and can again 🤣 Update to my review: Classic dog logic — just when we thought the smell was gone, as soon as the couch dried it staged a comeback. I reached out to Stanley Steemer, explained that the horrid odor had returned, and they called back promptly and Anthony came out again to tackle it. Fingers crossed this does the trick for good… at least until the next time my dog has an opinion about his treats. 😏
