Stanley Steemer

John & Matt did an excellent job cleaning all of our carpet and area rugs. The high traffic areas look so much better. They were professional, friendly and competent. From scheduling to arrival to job completion, I was extremely pleased. I would recommend Stanley Steemer.

I needed to get my air ducts cleaned and shopped around and decided to go with Stanley Steemer. The boys that came were nice and were done in a timely manner. However, when they went to clean the vents in one of the bedrooms, they had accidentally damaged (note I said accidentally) one of the pillowcases on the bed. I’m not sure what happened (kinda wished I had set up a camera) but it looked like one of the ceilings vents fell on the pillow case and created a hole. The guys NEVER said a word to us and flipped the pillow over(like we weren’t going to find out) I’m highly disappointed that they couldn’t tell us it was an accident. We contacted the owner and they took half of the responsibility and said “well it looks like it’s been there for a while, not a new enough looking hole”… oh okay

Very polite and professional and a fun. They did an awesome job, I am speechless of how dirty my carpet was, NOT no more.

They took great care with the carpet cleaning and explained everything clearly. The results were excellent, my carpets look and smell fresh again.
