Our service was above and beyond what I was expecting today! Jeffery was very professional, down to earth, and gave expert level advice on how to care for our carpet post-clean. He advised on products to use for spot cleaning, tackled hard to remove spots, and as a fellow dog owner, he took time to meet our pups and addressing concerns with accident and high traffic areas. Would and will definitely recommend and also will be repeat customers!

I had a great experience with Stanley Steemer. We had Stanley Steemer come out after a sewer and plumbing issue, and they did an excellent job. The team was incredibly efficient and got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. They also got the stain out of our bottom step! (photo 2) They were honest throughout the entire process, clearly explaining what to expect and never trying to upsell anything unnecessary. They recommend the odder eliminator and now it smells like a clean house vs the awful sewage smell! On top of that, everyone I interacted with was kind and respectful, which made the whole service feel even more professional! I highly recommend them!

Returning customer after chasing better deals for several years only to find the old saying is true, “You get what you pay for.” The price was reasonable but the quality service and care Jake took with my furniture and how quick the carpet dried was priceless. Having a well trained, knowledgeable, personable, caring and detailed oriented technician like Jake is why I will be a returning customer. Jake assured me that all technicians go thru extensive training. We took time with the walk thru so I knew that my furniture would be protected. He wanted me to go over what I was expecting. I would say that 90% were achievable and if heavy wear and ground in soil and stains would prevent complete removal, I knew why. Actually it is the best it has looked in years. He worked hard. Shawn was awesome! One of my carpets had not been cleaned in over 5 years and had some tough stains on them. He got them out without a problem. My floors look great! Shawn was personable, professional, knowledgable and incredibly efficient! I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again! I highly recommend!
