We absolutely love our new flooring! They did a fantastic job! Harley and her team were quick and efficient with the pack out. The flooring guys did a great job with the install, and the cleanup. Hannah was always keeping me informed of the steps that were being taken to get the appointments with the teams. The flooring options were plentiful, and the actual flooring that was chosen turned out to be more beautiful than expected.

I was pleased with the floor cleaning, esp the grout in the kitchen. The grout hasn’t been cleaned for several years, just normal floor mopping. We have very old carpet so my expectations are always low but felt they did a great job removing spots and general carpet cleaning and deodorizing. Archie was on time, very professional, shared knowledge, and very respectful and responsive to my concerns and questions, as well as my home. I felt it was fair pricing and was completed in a timely manner. Archie was very helpful and a wonderful asset to the company. Thank you 4.5⭐️
