Stanley Steemer

Joey Snyder, owner of Stanley Steamer, Madison Ohio, is an extraordinary businessman. I drove a 20X12-ish oriental rug from Florida to Madison Ohio to give to a friend. There, we determined it needed cleaned, and Joey & team promptly came over and got the rug. Afterward, it turned out the rug didn’t work for the friend, so I asked Joey if he could ship it back. Instead of just saying “no,” he said he’d look into it. He was gracious and interested in helping. And later, he called and let me know he’d worked out a way! He went out of his way to help and was a true pleasure to work. The rug shipped safely back to me & here it is:

Tim did excellent work and kept me updated throughout the process. He was happy to explain how everything functioned and answered any of my questions. The house looked phenomenal after.

Brandon, from Stanley Steemer, cleaned my Mom’s living room carpet today (1/29/26) and he got out some stains that we didn’t think would come out. He did a wonderful job and my Mom was very happy with it! We’ve had Stanley Steemer clean our carpets several times and highly recommend them!🤗. Brandon was very knowledgeable and mentioned they do air duct cleaning, which is something we’re considering. 🤗

Outstanding service, arrived on time, respected my home and one rather freaked out indoor cat. Answered our questions and explained the process.
