Ryan and Randy were very professional and polite. As far as we know, they did a good job today with the ducts and dryer vent. The vent cleaning however; was not fully completed. Brent told us during the estimate phase, that the vents would be removed and cleaned with simple green; however, they were not removed. This was fine with us regarding the small vents because they weren’t very dirty. Randy was able to wipe them clean without removing. BUT, the two return vents in the hall were very dirty and needed to be removed to be cleaned. I asked Ryan if they were going to clean them and he said when Randy started cleaning them, the paint started to come off. Ryan told him to stop. Ryan said that a greasy kind of dirt gets on those like grease in a kitchen and it’s very hard to get off. So I t

Daryon did an amazing job on our kids playroom and bedroom. We took out majority of the things in both rooms so he could fully clean the carpet. They look brand new! Definitely will be using again.

Malvin was amazing! He was quick, efficient, and incredibly professional from start to finish. He began by asking thoughtful questions to understand exactly what I needed, and then he got right to work without wasting any time. My sofa looks brand new—the difference is unbelievable—and it smells so fresh and clean. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Great service! This was my first time to seek professional help to clean my stone floors and I was very happy to see my floors looking like new again! Adrian did an excellent job! But, in the 2026 technology era it is incredibly amazing what Stanley Steamer can now do. The two men who came to my home have been working as a team for more than four years.
