We had our hvac ducts cleaned today. This was my 2nd appointment because they showed up 3 days ago for my original appointment with a damaged truck and needed to reschedule. The appointment was delayed today because, after they arrived, they had to wait on a manager to bring a part to get started. One of the technicians was informative throughout the process, providing detailed information on each step. He showed before and after pictures throughout the process. They cleaned up around almost all of the vents. They told me everything was put back. The one room I did not check was damaged. They stripped the screws and damaged the plaster and paint around the vent in the upstairs bedroom. It was left hanging out of the wall. Franco was EXTREMELY thorough and professional — he worked so hard to get everything perfected down to the last little detail. I was initially weary due to high value furniture and rugs but he was very knowledgeable and diligent to check all of the labels and prescribed the right solution for each of our items including multiple sofas, area rugs (wool), kitchen chairs, and a full basement carpet.
