Andrew and the guy who came with him were awesome. Andrew asked if I wanted any other services without being pushy. They cleaned two bedroom wall to wall rugs along with a living room chair and area rug. They were out in an hour and everything looks beautiful. I highly recommend them and their prices were very reasonable.

Nathan was the best experience I had! He was so polite, friendly, and informative. He even showed up with booties on his shoes before entering my home. He broke down the cost of each item and went over each room after he was done. One of the chairs I assumed was discolored from the sun, but he suggested it could have been from our pets oil and he was right! The chair’s color came back and it looks brand new again! I had a lot of rooms for him to do between carpets, tiles, rugs, and upholstery and it was worth every penny. I highly suggest Nathan and will be requesting him exclusively from now on. My house is ready for the holidays now that everything looks fresh and new again! Thanks a million Nathan!!!

Stanley Steemer recently cleaned my area rug and off-white modular sofas. While everything initially looked great, a few light discoloration spots remained once the furniture dried. I contacted customer service to address the issue, and they responded promptly by sending a team back to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. This level of accountability and commitment to quality speaks highly of the company. The sofas now look excellent, and I’m very satisfied with both the results and the professionalism of their customer service. I am so satisfied with the results of my carpeting that have not been clean for over a year because this apartment used to belong to my son and in the bedroom there was a dog, my son and his wife and the baby so needless to say it was a hot mess But Stanley Steemer came through the workers were a professional polite, and did their job very well.
