We had a really good experience with Stanley Steemer. Devaughn Ballard and Kenneth Pack were both friendly and professional from the moment they arrived. They explained what they were going to do, answered our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before they started. They worked efficiently but didn’t rush the job, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The carpets look so much better and feel fresh again. Treyse had to drive 75 miles to get to his job at our house. He arrived right on time, walked through the rooms with us, hooked up his equipment and started right in. It took him a while to get the basement and stairs done but that’s a large room with light carpeting. He finished the living room & master bedroom in good time. Again, those rooms have lighter carpeting. All of the rooms came out perfect. He was polite, did the job well & was gone. He’s a good representative for Stanley Steemer.

Our service was absolutely outstanding. He thoroughly went through everything that he was going to do. I had some really bad stains on my carpet and he spent some time making sure every stain was out very professional. I would definitely do business with them again.
