Spilled RED CANDLE WAX on our light carpet. I thought we were doomed. I cannot believe how well they were able to get it all cleaned!! The carpet looks amazing!! Great job Stanley Steemer!!

Jason customer service was amazing. He explained everything on what he was doing and even made sure I was happy with the job before he continued on working. My carpet was dirty it’s proof he did an amazing job it. Thank you Jason

I’ll give three stars because the employees were friendly. Everything else about the service I was pretty upset with. I specifically told the lady on the phone my dog got sick and specifically asked if they could get animal poop out of carpets. The lady on the phone said yes we will remove feces. They didn’t remove the poop. I’m not so much upset that they couldn’t remove the poop, but I feel like I got lied to just so this company could make a sale. But it worked, because I definitely wouldn’t have hired Stanley Steamer if I knew this would be the result. I’m probably not giving this company business again.

Stanley Steamer is always my go to company when needing carpets cleaned in our several rental properties. Online scheduling is simple and feedback is almost immediate. Cardell was our cleaner today, and he did a fabulous job on our very dirty carpet. He was polite, professional and knew what he was doing. From pretreating bad spots to cleaning the upstairs of our 2 bedroom apartment, including closets and steps. Stanley Steamer carpet cleaning is cost and time efficient and is well worth the minimal expense. I wouldn't use anyone else.
