Stanley Steemer

I had a terrible experience with Stanley Steemer and ended up having to re-clean my rugs and couch myself after their team left. When I booked the appointment, I was told the technicians would vacuum before cleaning—which was important to me since we were moving out and have pets. I understand that not every single hair can be removed, especially if it’s deeply embedded, but I still expected a professional-level cleaning. Instead, the technicians skipped the vacuuming entirely and just sprayed water on the furniture. One of them even admitted, “I really feel bad, because it doesn’t look great.” That about summed it up—I was left with damp rugs still covered in pet hair. Dustin and Jaden did an excellent job on my floors…they look great! Also they were able to get up some grout stains in my shower floor from a staining body wash. I was so impressed with the results! And they were so polite and friendly. A great experience all around. Highly recommend their services!

Austin and James were great! Showed up right on time, was very polite, and so kind to my dogs/cats. They did a fantastic job on my 18ft sectional and even did the pillows too! A service representative did call me a few days before to ask a few questions to get more details - she did inform me that any sectional over 15 ft is $11/sq extra. But they kept up with responsive communication and let me know when the techs were on their way at a spot-on time.

Zach and Ethan came by this morning to clean the carpets of my house. They did a fabulous job. They were very nice, professional young men. Carpets wall to wall look amazing. I would definitely recommend this company. And ask for Zach and Ethan. The teamwork between them was great and they even moved a few pieces of furniture back into place for me. Thanks guys.
