Such a pleasure speaking with someone who had answers to my questions. With all the new tech stuff, I was apprehensive when I entered the store, but the tech staff was wonderful. Did not make me feel like an idiot lol. Highly recommend going IN PERSON when purchasing new computer! Really pleasant experience.

I have visited many Staples locations. This was by far not the best. The store was very unorganized. We went in looking for an office chair. When we decided on one it didn’t have a price sticker. I asked did they have a flat cart the young man said no. My husband was having back issues so it was very hard to lift and place in a buggy. He did not even ask( once I said I wanted to get a chair) if I needed or wanted help. Not helpful or friendly at all. I live in Anson and this is the closest Staples to me. I will drive to Augusta from now on.

Cashier rude. Not a lot of workers. I had to sit and wait for help for 20min. Person said they would help and started taking more people. Had to leave because no one helped. Very infuriating.

I ordered business cards first thing in the am online. They said order would be ready by 6:30 the same day but my order online still says processing. I tried to call but they close at 7. Guess I will wait till 9am tomorrow to see if they plan on working on my order.

Staples was a very nice, neat, clean store with very nice people working there who helped everyone and answered all of our questions.
