I contracted Star City Concrete to remove and replace my driveway. Their price was very competitive. I am over the top pleased with both the quality of work performed and the professionalism displayed by everyone I interacted with. Everyone … front office, estimators, install team, billing … showed up on time and did exactly what they say they were going to do. During the process of the install, a piece of the sidewalk cracked, they did not say anything, instead they pulled out the cracked segment and put down new concrete. Extremely professional. The install looks awesome! Thank you to the Star City Concrete team.

Although you guys did beautiful work, compassion goes along way. Half of the job was paid for, instead of making you guys worried, I called to let you know your client was in dire straints and almost didn’t make it. That we would be in contact soon as I knew more. You guys proceeded to call several times a day, so much so a loan was taking out to pay you guys off. Even though no income is coming in for this veteran who is in recovery with a disabled wife at home, who is on 24 hr care. Stressed him out so badly he got a freaking loan. He told you guys payment was coming and the amount of calls you guys made to him was absolutely vile. Not one time did any of you show any concern until you came to pick up the check. I used Star city to add a raised foundation patio and ground level patio to my house. The whole process was professional and enjoyable. Everyone seemed to genuinely take pride in their role. Would definitely recommend to others

Shout out to Sara and the rest of the crew at Star City Concrete up in Tipp City, OH for an outstanding cement job on our back porch. From beginning to end they were professional. Sara was my first contact when I initially requested an estimate. She was honest and up front, explained how everything would go start to finish. The crew did a great job keeping the house clean and minimal damage to the lawn. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. They even came back the next day and replaced the sod that was damaged or dug up, cut the cement, re buried the downspouts they had to dig up, and finished up with washing the back of the house of any leftover residue. Our entire experience with Star City was fantastic! We had a new concrete patio poured in the backyard. It was a pleasure working with Rochelle from their office: great communication on next steps, when the crew would be out and answering all of our questions. The crew was very professional and the finished product looks great! (All the straw in the picture is due to a garden area that we are grassing over from before not because of any issue on their part.)
