I am a small business owner and I needed some parts for my Lochinvar water heater. It took me over two months to finally get some parts to repair my water heater. I needed to replace heating elements and anods and one anod had a bad thread and damaged my water heater so I asked for a warranty replacement but instead I eventually received a full refund. I also wanted to replace thermostats but I stopped right after I received the wrong part although I provided the correct part number given by Lochinvar. I would give them a one star for poor customer service, but I will leave a 3 because I eventually received refunds for the wrong parts. I would not recommend this place for issues with your Lochinvar products.
