Do not park here if you don’t want your car to be towed for no apparent reason. Getting in contact with a real human is utterly impossible and disputing your situation is not worth your time. I repeat do not park here!
Paid for parking here thru 6pm, when we showed up just before 6, the gates were already all shut and we had no access to our car. Calling customer service was not very helpful and we had to have someone at the connected apartment assist us.
Gates close at 8, I showed up at 8 and they were already closed. I called dispatch and they said they'd email someone but they may not respond.... They never did. Had to get someone with a fob for the apartment near by to let me in. Never parking at Star Park again!
Outdated, slow machines. Expensive. Not secure.
