Star Parking

My husband asked them to be careful because he found a scratch on his brand new 2018 car... 2 weeks later they gave us a 5 day notice and lied to us telling us that the parking lot was just too full and they couldn’t have us as clients anymore... tonight i call so i can park my car for the night only & the person who was there (a new guy) told me the truth... which is that the parking lot was never “too full”. They just do not want to be reliable for any ones car. They prefer clients that see damages on their car and do not tell them anything... keep this in mind before parking here. If something was To happen to your car, they will kick you out if you ask for camera play back (which we didn’t ask for)... p.s we always paid our months ON TIME, if not even earlier.

Make sure to let them know when you'll need your car back. Hrs in advance. They moved my car so far back it was impossible to get out.

They're switching car batteries from your car check your batteries before you park I just noticed my car battery was switched and my battery was new and a different brand it was switched I still have my receipt from the battery Iam getting in contact with my lawyer to see how to proceed with this matter

If you want your car all scratch up be my guess They are not responsible they have cats that jump all over you hood with they nails and they don't care don't wast you're time it will cost way more than a parking fee
