Highly recommend. I used STAR PETROLEUM for new oil fired high efficiency boiler install in 2013, that went smoothly. Pricing and billing is highly efficient and very competitive and now switching to them for a small propane tank. Live humans answer the phone, they have amazing customer service and just this week I asked them to come out to diagnose a super small valve leak. They came in one day and all the field service technicians are great.

I want to thank Bob the service technician for his help yesterday trying to thaw out the water pipes on my first-floor heating zone. I'm a new Star Petroleum customer and was impressed with how quickly Bob responded to my service call, the work he performed and the advice he gave me. Thanks again, Pat C

Star Petroleum has been a pleasure to work with. They took over my home heating oil service and installed a large propane tank. Both the sales and service side have been easy and painless. I had tons of questions about the propane tank and they were very patient and informative. They were quick to resolve a billing issue early on and have been very responsive to any service needs I've had. There are lots of choices and I've used several companies over the past 15 years, but Star has been great thus far.

What a great company! Bobby is a great guy! I'm not even a customer and he helped me diagnose an issue with my heating system over the phone (after hours!!). When I finally got got a heating contractor to come out, Bobby's diagnosis of the issue was right. I only wished they serviced my area. After a very long day at work, my husband and I found that our furnace had stopped working at some point during the day. Exactly two hours passed between calling the company off hours and the technician telling us he was all done fixing the issue. I have always had wonderful service from this company, and highly recommend them for any heat/AC/oil delivery needs.
