Star Pump & Sprinkler Inc.

I’d like to start this review by saying we have been using Star pump and sprinkler for multiple years prior to this review. However, we will NEVER ever be working with them again. They have consistently OVERCHARGED for sprinkler motors/pumps which are only max 500-550 dollars from ACE motor. His installation is utterly insufficient and they often break AGAIN within 1-2 weeks. Even more insulting and unacceptable than that is the recent belligerent behavior displayed by Antonio on my property. I AM BEYOND DISRESPECTED FROM HIS UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. DO NOT WORK WITH COMPANY!

At first Antonio and his son came out and did a maintenance clean up on the gate in the water.He checked our sprinklers and set the timer for early morning even though we told him that we are not up that early. He never offered an evening option. He said he'd be back in two weeks so we can see how the sprinklers worked during that time.However, he never came back! I called three times with no response back. This forced us to go to someone else. His prices are high too.

Every now and then you find a repair guy who knows what he is doing and is honest about solutions. We had a lake water sprinkler pump installation that never worked well. After giving up our handyman and my DIY efforts to make the system work properly, I called Antonio at Star Pump and Sprinkler. His troubleshooting of the problem and recommendations to resolve the problem were useful and effective. I highly recommend Star and Antonio if you have pump/sprinkler issues. He's a pro in his business.

Antonio did a great job fixing my sprinkler timer & sprinkler heads at a fair price.

Seems a little pricey but they said they would show up pretty fast. Many days later and many hours waiting being told “ur the next call”. NO SHOW
