My husband called around and ended up going with star septic just based on their personality on the phone. When they came to the house, they were just so wonderful and did a great job. Explained everything to me thoroughly. Highly recommend them

I called around for pricing and this was the most reasonable. Arrived on time. No reminder call or text, so you must mark your calendar. Machinery looks well kept. He was considerate about not driving on the lawn, because it had rained the day before. Will absolutely use again and recommend.

They arrived on time did a great job. John took time to snake pipe from house to make sure everything was working properly. Star septic was cheaper then the three others we called. I highly recommend using them.

Great local company. We called on a Thursday to have our septic tank pumped and got an appoint for the next day at 9am. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.

Our septic system backed up this afternoon, a Saturday. I called 4 different places before I reached John and his wife at Star Septic. They came out within an hour of my call and had our septic system cleared out within an hour. They were such a nice couple and their price was extremely fair for coming out on a Saturday night. I can't thank them enough for saving our weekend!! I definitely recommend Star Septic!
