The problem is not the effectiveness of their service but rather convenience and timeliness. Once I signed up for quarterly service, my time frame moved from 2 hours to 4. But, of the 4 times they came, they only made that 4 hour time window ONE time. I simply cannot leave 5-6 hours of my day open in order to wait for service.

Kameron was kind and very knowledgeable about Wolf spiders. Great customer service! Listened to all my concerns and needs and always prompt to answer my questions via text!

Reliable, honest, and highly skilled, they’ve handled everything from a rodent in my attic to a squirrels invading my fig tree to mosquito issues and more. I was buying a new home and they were supposed to do a full inspection. They didn’t even access the interior of the house so how is the safe inspection? they said the owners for him at the time of inspection so they weren’t able to access it, but they checked it off as it was clear and then they Very rude to me, saying that I could not read a report .. I ended up getting my full money back after threatening legal council
