Been with Stark for years and they are always here if any bugs come up, but mostly their service is a preventative. And if I happen to see anything I call and they come out and retreat if necessary

We love Kirby! Truly, he is the reason we stay with Stark. We could go anywhere to get pest control, but the personal service we receive from Kirby is something we could never get anywhere else. He always calls the day before he comes out to remind us he’s coming. Then the day he arrives he always rings the doorbell and says hello. He knows the names of both my dogs and always remembers my name as well. It feels like he’s a friend, not just someone providing pest service. He is just the kindest, most friendly and knowledgeable person I’ve ever met. He is an absolute gem and you are SO lucky to have him! The folks in the office are also incredibly helpful and kind. Anytime I’ve called they have been extremely helpful and sent someone out to respond to my request promptly. I am super happy w

Cut off by this company, then proceeded to bounce between the lines as appeared to be on the phone. They could have great service but if they are this careless on the road definitely not trusting them with poisons around my family.

You respond to requests in a timely manner and we have a very knowledgeable person that is servicing our home and property. She is very careful and respectful of our home and has suggested things that work very well for us.
