I am pretty conflicted in writing this review. We started services with this company when we lived at a different location and the service there was always fantastic. We saw very little activity between sprays and were always contacted by the company to schedule our next service well in advance. However, things went downhill quickly once we moved to a different house. I was pretty upset when we received the notice that indoor treatments would no longer be done on a regular basis. That was strike one. The way that payments and invoices were handled changed so many times that I never knew how to pay for the services, and we would always get notices for an unpaid invoice despite never having received one. Jason clearly is very experienced in this field. He has been attentive to our needs and concerns, and has provided very reasonable options to help us with our pest issue. His demeanor is always professional and pleasant, and his charges are competitive. He has been a great help in getting rid of our unwelcome attic guests. I would recommend Ideal Pest Solutions without hesitation! Jorden was exceptionally professional, thorough, and very nice. Ideal Pest always follows up with us and the office (Kasey) is great at reminding us of our next treatment. If we have issues with wasps, hornets or spiders returning to the outside of the house, they come back promptly and notify us. Their price is fair and we are confident in their services. Call Jason. Stark keeps us on a regular scheduled rotation and takes care of any problems that arise in between regular service times. Brad is terrific and communicates what he’s doing is going to do.
