Starlight Skylights

I'm a Roofing Contractor in Jersey City, Nj . We install 35+ skylights a year and have only had an issue once or twice. Both times Brad and the manufacturer stood behind their product without hesitation. They replaced the units quickly, and Brad even went the extra mile to come out to site to consult with the homeowner to rectify the issue. As a contractor who installs their products exclusively, that kind of support is huge. Great products backed by excellent customer service — that’s why we’ll continue to use them on every project.

Update: What a pathetic response. I am amazed that a product that is made primarily of glass and supposedly has a "10 year warranty" only has a one year warranty on the actual glass "AS A COURTESY". When you buy something with a warranty, you expect that the warranty covers the actual product. Imagine buying a window with a warranty that didn't cover the glass in the window. If they had told me up front that if the glass spontaneously shattered after 1 year, it would not be covered, I would have found another supplier. As a reminder, the company representative freely admitted that spontaneous breakage is not a rare event. I am currently in the process of removing all three of their skylights from my house.
