Called made appointment for 11 am the next day. No show no call no text. I call left message Thursday and again Friday still no call would not recommend them.
Not only did they arrange their schedule to come service our refrigerator but the tech was knowledgeable and made the repair the same day. Thank you, Tom's Aapliance.
