I was a loyal customer for over 10 years, but today they told me they couldn't deliver oil because the driver said pulling the hose to my fill pipe would be "too hard in the snow." They said I had to go out and shovel, but I'm over 50 and just had knee surgery 3 weeks ago. Oh, and I walked around to the fill pipe with very little problem. On one good knee. I'm actually kind of glad because Slomin's gave me a better price without a problem. Go get your oil from them.

We used Starz Oil for 10 years, with no issue. Recently called to schedule our usual oil delivery, and was told they could no longer deliver to us because the driver said it was “too hard”. I am absolutely disgusted that a business which provides an essential service would discontinue delivery with no prior notice or warning. Do not use this company if you don’t want to be left in a lurch.

I have been ordering my oil on demand from Starz for 5 years. Unfortunately, this year I misjudged and lost heat for over a day. I was given an estimated delivery date 3 days out but they came through the same day with an urgent delivery request. I definitely recommend this business!

Obnoxious man pounding at the door and windows, furious he didn’t have the “capability” to reach our tank. Waking up our daughter and storming off and driving away without any real discussion, compromise or solution. All while I was trying to apologize and help….. but he didn’t have the time and pulled away before I can even get back from asking him to hold on for one minute. Just a giant pouting man baby who couldn’t even look me in the eyes. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Used this company for a while but now never again. They delivered more oil than I had ordered, when I called to let them know of their mistake they told me I would need to pay in full for the over delivery. I asked why I would need to pay for their mistake and he said well you'll is the oil at some point. Which is true but I did not order that amount because I did not have the extra funds to fill my tank. He then said he can offer me a discount which I was thinking that's great but the discount amounted to $4 which feels more like an insult than an actual offer of help. Use this company at your own risk as they will force you to pay for their mistakes.
