T Daniel is fantastic! We had such a wonderful experience with the whole team. In particular, Toni, Tim, and Debbie were exceptional. We hired them to do an oil to gas conversion, as well as install central air, a tankless water heater, and a humidifier. All projects were completed in a timely manner and the team was very efficient and professional. I've been recommending them to all my family and friends! They are by far the most competent, kind, and helpful contractors I've ever hired.

Recently went through the lengthy process of switching from oil to gas heat, and T Daniel was consistently the easiest part of the entire project. Always on time, did great work, and overall nice people to work with. Never had to follow up or double check on anything. Absolute experts.

I have been without functioning AC since July 2nd. At times it has been on sporadically either upstairs or downstairs. During the heat waves it wasn't functioning at all. Although the 3 techs who were here have agreed that the unit is in good condition, they have had difficulty identifying which peripheral was the problem. What has bothered me most is the customer service. I have had to initiate most of the follow-up calls, since I did not get status updates. Each time, I usually gave the reps a week before making my status inquiry. Even worse, during one of my calls, a rep argued with me that the last time I talked to them was December 2023.
