I am extremely disappointed with Stateline Flooring. Although the materials are good, the execution was reckless. The installation team rushed the process, leaving gaps where the flooring should be flush and causing physical damage to my stove. Furthermore, It has now been months since the installation, and communication is non-existent. have reached out to Becky multiple times with no response after the final check cleared. For a business that claims to support veterans, their lack of accountability and respect is unacceptable. I cannot recommend their services.

Becki was helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Jeremy and his installation crew were personable and professional. My family is very happy with our new carpet, and I am confident that we chose the best flooring company to work with. The prices were good, but it's the people that I worked with that really made this a positive experience.

Went to a couple other places that could care less if I bought anything or not. Went in to Stateline and Ronda was amazing!!! She knows her stuff - she doesn’t “over measure” to boost up the price, gives an honest opinion when asked”. Highly recommend!!!!!! Will definately be my go to flooring store! UPDATE: Installers did not disappoint. Amazing job. Jeremy certainly wanted a happy customer!!! Trimmed stray yarn, vacuumed and put everything back - 5 star installation!!!!
