I had the best experience working with this company from start to finish. They communicated clearly every step of the way including when the materials would be delivered and when the project would start. The craftsmanship of the guy they have doing the woodwork is absolutely gorgeous. His work is impeccable. Here is how our stairwell looks on the first and second floor after the new install. This is before we paint and replace the stair runner. I would give this company 10/10 and I'm a very tough critic.

Everyone at Stately (Antonio from sales, Todd the engineer, Ronaldo, Filipe, Harry - the installers, and the office staff) were great to work with. They were courteous, answered our numerous questions, double checked their work before the install and the final product looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Stately!

The Stately rep responded quickly with a written estimate for replacement of two residential staircases in January. I gave the go ahead for Stately to do the job and finish by end of February. After contacting the company 4X and being told I’d get calls back to schedule, now 2 months later, never have I received a returned phone call. Maybe their stair work is ok, but I’ll never know. Evidently they don’t need business.

Nick and his team are top Notch - Kathy communicated great to schedule the installation of our new stair case - and Joca the installer was excellent, meticulous, and efficient. Thrilled with the craftsmanship of our new white oak staircase! Would definitely recommend Stately to anyone looking for a top quality staircase company. 10/10

Wonderful service from beginning to end. The receptionists, delivery guys, installer and Tony were all very nice/responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Beautiful results, very good quality work.
