I had water bib crack. Causing water to leak on the inside of my home. The customer agent was very professional and helpful. They were suppose to come same day for an emergency but had to reschedule for the next morning. I received my call for the morning. Josh was amazing. He was very friendly, professional, and informative. He also cleaned up after the service. Well done.

My experience with Mr. Dalton, was exceptional he arrived at my home and started working immediately on the problem. He was able to figure out the leakage in the basement within 30 minutes from his arrival time. Note: Keep up the great work. I highly recommend Staton, Heating, Plumbing to anyone that needs this type of service.

I’m not sure for I took pictures prior before Patrick coming out for my insurance company and the pipes that Patrick said that were cracked and needed to be replaced looks exactly like the same exact ones that were there prior to him coming out so I’m confused other than he did stop the water 💧. For I was not thinking 🤔 clearly at the time about the price that was given to me at the time all I knew was that I wanted my water 💦 back on.
