I haven't had the experience of working directly with Stauffers Painting but I have had the experience of being rear ended by one of their drivers. I was trying to be nice by not calling the police; the driver said he didn't want to be fired. However, there were scratches and dents in my bumper. I went to an auto body shop and the damage was estimated at just over $1000. The driver never returned any of my phone calls so I was forced to submit it to insurance. Now Stauffer Painting is rejecting my claim there was damage and not communicating with their insurance company. Now I get to pay my $500 deductible and deal with the hours of phone calls back and forth between insurance companies. Had stauffer come out to paint some exterior sections of my house. DONT waste your time going here for any services!!! The whole thing was a nightmare and honestly would have been better off having my 4 Year Old daughter do the job. If you ever need any painting done please save yourself the hassle and don’t work with this terrible company, I wish I would have known before!
