Great experience overall with Stay Off the Roof. Initially, it took over a week to receive a call back to schedule an estimate, which was concerning and nearly led me to choose another company. However, the sales rep, Jack, completely turned things around. He was detail-oriented, walked me through exactly where the tracks would be installed, and clearly demonstrated how everything works. The installers were excellent and completed the entire job in one day. The end result looks great. My only negative feedback is related to the use of AI for communication—it wasn’t easy to get in touch with an actual person, which was frustrating. From the salesman to the installation crew I had a wonderful experience choosing this company (Stay Off The Roof) for my permanent outdoor lights. When the lights were installed, a member of the crew showed me exactly how to use the app to control my lights. Everything about this company is the real deal and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member. My house looks fantastic at night when the lights are on. Really fast and really quick to install. I got the quote and installation done in the same week. After installation the guys showed me how to use the app. I had a special request on where to put the controller in transformer. They had no issue doing that very nice cleaned up after themselves too.

Everything about this whole process was seamless! The guys were so friendly and professional. They did an absolutely amazing job installing my lights. They explained everything about how to use the app to control the lights and the whole experience was fun from beginning to end! Stay off the roof, yes we will. It was great to see this company at the home and garden show. Jonathan and Justin were excited to hear how happy we are with the service and the outcome of the lighting. We expressed to them that we were tickled because last week they showed up for maintenance to make sure everything is clean and in place.
