They are professional, personable, and schedule easily in booking an appointment. Always love coming home to fresh professionally cleaned carpet!! They even provide shoe covers (booties) after they are done, so I don't have to wait to walk across the floor! =)

This guy has OCD for cleanliness. He will try everything and anything to make it look amazing and clean. He literally turned my 20 yr old carpet to brand new. Thanks Bruce.
