Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and No Accountability We hired this company to clean our kitchen hood and duct system for a brand new restaurant that hasn’t even opened yet. While the hood surface looked clean and shiny after the job, the duct to the roof was either not cleaned properly or not cleaned at all. Grease is still dripping from the hood, and the roof is now covered in grease as well — a clear indication of poor or incomplete work. We paid $1,800 for this service, and when we raised concerns about the issues, the owner refused to warranty the work. It’s unacceptable for a company in this industry to deliver such subpar results and then avoid responsibility. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, thorough service. Be warned Response: We never ask

Steam Force did a great job on our restaurant's hoods. When we moved in, the hood system was in really bad shape, but they were able to handle the task. Very responsive. Pleasant to work with.
