Well where can I start. This will me a very honest review. Everyone was nice response time was quick and the guys were on time and very respectful But the service is not the greatest. I guess you get what you pay for Service was pretty cheap but the they were here at Least 30minutes considering I have a 3 bed 2 living rooms house with carpet When I called to ask if that was it the guys on the phone said his guys were here 2 hours and that he was tracking their times That left me very confused since the guy was talking to me like I was lying In the end he ended up sending them back And they went over the dinning room and living rooms again in only 10 min They guys again were very nice about it but it was a very cheap job I ended up having to buy all the equipment and cleaning the whole thin

Jalen and Trace were very professional and honest about a few of the stains. But in the end, the carpets looked great, so I was pleased with their work.

Jalen and Konner provided exceptional service cleaning our dryer vent. Both individuals were very respectful of the home, prompt and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I had Steam-It come out and clean the carpet, tile, and vinyl in one of my offices. They were able to accommodate our request to have the floors cleaned during our off hours and set the appointment for a Saturday. They arrived when they said they would. Both men were polite and friendly. The floors looked great when they were done! I would highly recommend Steam-It whether it's for your home or your business.

Steam-It did an awesome job and was reasonably priced. The two young men that did the cleaning, Konnor and Jaylen, were polite and respectable. Would recommend Steam-It to anyone considering needing carpet and upholstery cleaned.
