Steam Master Cleaning

Josh and Hunter came out and were super attentive and gave me the best recommendation for my carpet without trying to up sale me. Took them about an hour and a half to do from start to finish. I’ve had another company come out and they didn’t do half of a good job as Steam Master Cleaning did. Super pleased and would definitely recommend. I swear these after photos do not do any justice to how nice my carpet looks!

Devon was fantastic! Between explaining all the different options and giving his advice on which ones would be most beneficial, I felt completely comfortable. I understand that up charging is part of carpet cleaning, and that the deal is just to lure you in. I couldn't be happier with being lured in. I budgeted appropriately ahead of time and I was able to really take advantage of what would work for me. The amount of spots and stains and life lived that was removed from the carpet was amazing. He was professional, and thorough, and it was a job very well done!

Josh did a great job Service was for a carpet cleaning unfortunately my ear Son decided to have a sleepover with the dogs and the cats in his room and got key pee and dog pee all over so I saw the good reviews and I reached out and they came gave me an estimate and I said go for it so I know there’s a period where if you’re still having some issues you can call back and they’ll come back out and retreat the carpet with the same service that information was not readily available so I will be giving the company a call to get that information. I feel like all techs should have that information. Other than that, we are letting the room dry and hopefully no more pee smell they also Work on couches as well. It was only one room. I had a great experience with Mick G and Hunter V from the carpet cleaning team. They cleaned all four bedrooms and the living room, including several large urine stains that I honestly wasn’t sure would come out. They worked efficiently, were professional and respectful of the home, and removed the stains within a very reasonable timeframe. The carpets look and smell so much better. I really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail — I would definitely recommend them to others!
