Steam Pro NYC Carpet, Rug and Upholstery Cleaning

I found these guys on an instagram ad and decided to give them a shot. we have a four year old sectional with mild wear-n-tear and some general pet stains (cat people out there-you know what I am talking about!). We were under the impression that it was time to replace the sofa but when I saw the ad for these guys I figured we’d give the ol’ girl one last chance. I am SO GLAD i called them. I called on Tuesday…they fit me in Friday with a window of 10-12…I asked if they could be here right at 10 (waiting for home service/repair ppl is the worst) and they said “no prob”. He was here RIGHT AT 10…came in…was friendly, efficient, respectful of my space (and in general)….after about 1.5 hours, my sofa was basically brand new. Made an appointment and they never showed up or even reached out to tell me they couldn't make it. Waited for 2 hours. Robert didn't even answer the phone when I tried to find out what was going on. Why would they accept my appointment if they weren't going to come. Also no communication is really frustrating. Ashame because they were so highly reviewed. Can it get any worse? NOPE!

I made a appointment with Robert from steam pro to clean my furniture before the holidays. I bought my couches 6 years ago. It was either get them cleaned or throw them out because they were so dirty, embarrassed to say. I couldn’t believe how clean they came out. They looked brand new. So impressed I decided to have him clean my carpet. Once again he did an amazing job! Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use his service again!

Robert was the best! Informative, professional, punctual. I have never had anything professionally cleaned before. My furniture / rug are 4 years old and were starting to look a little “ratty”. They now look brand new again. They are competitively priced too. Looks like I found my new Steam Cleaners!! Highly recommend this company!!

Robert cleaned two sofas in two separate locations for me - he made coordinating easy and both of the sofas came out great! One had a lot of stains (Balsamic vinegar, red sauce, wine, all the worst) that I had made worse by trying to clean them myself. I was amazed at how much better it looks. All the water marks are gone and there’s only one tiny, barely noticeable spot that he couldn’t get out. I will be hiring Robert to clean my furnishings every year from now on.
