EXTREMELY friendly staff. They were hardworking and didn’t charge much at all! The equipment they used was high quality, from the mops to the Soap. I’ve enlisted them on multiple occasions and they deliver every time. I can’t wait to have them over again. If I could rate them 7.3 stars I would. They were in and out extremely quickly it’s like they moved in a blur of light only barely perceivable to the human eye. 😁 I smile ear to ear every time I see the results of their handiwork! Here’s to hoping they find great success in their future and that they have many people to carry on the family business as the years pass, as I could definitely see myself still calling them to work on my house when I’m an elderly man. I moved to Michigan a few months ago from Britain (God save the King ☕️🇬🇧💂💂‍♀️💂‍♂️ ) and desperately needed my disgusting little carpets to be cleaned by a big strong man. While I was at first disappointed by the physique of the cleaner sent to my abode, I was soon convinced that looks can in fact be quite deceiving. This was the most exquisite cleaning I have ever received. I REALLY enjoyed the soap the man had used. When he had his back turned, I found where he had left the soap and took a little sip and it was AMAZING! I think I may purposely dirty my carpets so that I can purchase this service again, just to have some more of that delicious soap. -From your beloved Harold.

I called Steam Tec to help clean the walls of my new home which had all sorts of unfamiliar smells. I could tell the walls needed cleaning but I had noooo idea what a difference this would make. They totally transformed the air quality of my home and cleared all of the cobwebs with their steam cleaning technique, leaving it feeling totally refreshed and ready for my ideas! Gary was super attentive and I could tell the crew takes great pride in the work they do. I would totally recommend this service to new homeowners or anyone looking to refresh their space. They came on a Sunday and I was waiting for them as I wanted to see if the price quoted on the phone would change. They came in, looked at the carpet and assured me the price was indeed what they quoted on the phone. Once I realized the price wouldn't change I had them clean the furniture and put a protectant on the rug once complete. They were polite, got the job done quick and the rug looks great. I was going to buy new rugs, I'm glad I had them try and clean them first, I basically have new rugs. Wizard of Where
