They didn't gave the shovel I was looking for, so Amy went above and beyond anyone I've ever had the pleasure to come across with customer service. She spent the time to try and remedy the situation and was so nice the entire time. If management sees this, give her a raise and don't let her go as she's rare nowadays!

8-19-25 5 pm called to make sure they had item in stock 2363824 purchased item then found drian plug was missing and tank was damaged. I asked if they had a cap for drain. Maybe in store somewhere. Employees were not very helpful. Not even to look to see if other store would have one. I had to return water tank then they put it back in the caged area without tagging it or anything so someone else is going to buy it. Went to family farm and home. Got the same one for $35 cheaper.
