Such a great job. Best cleaning company that I ever used. Arrived on time. We have some pet stains issues. Now our carpets is super clean. Will defensively used them again.

This service was excellent. Our carpets were quickly and thoroughly cleaned. The service person, Alex, was meticulous and energetic. You could tell he completely accessed every spot by the regular and even brush pattern on the carpet. We are going to call him back to do some needed carpet repair also.

Got really fed up with a poor quality cleaning services I got in Richmond. When I saw the SteamLine ad, I was very sceptical and didn't believe that something could change. To be honest, I was surprised in a pleasant way. First of all, the technician called 30 minutes in advance to remind me about the appointment and to make sure I was available.He arrived on time, thus respecting my daily schedule and plans. The technician was very corteous and knowledgeable. He explained me everything he was goona do to make my carpet look like new. The most important thing, the price for the service was the same as stated on their website. No hidden fees or charges!!!! The techician was highly professional and did a great job!!!

Couldn't be happier! They went out of their way to make sure we could get on the schedule before the house went up for sale. The customer service was excellent and our carpets are renewed and beautiful!
