Scammer, please beware. Last Sat, April 12th, 2025, Steam tech came out. Charged about 500 bucks to vacuum, clean, deodorize, and apply scotchguard to 5 rugs, 2 sofas, and 1 loveseat and a chair. Clay came, had no vacuum, had no scotch guard, used my electricity to do HIS job and my water, but still did not get the job done. Left without notice. Left my front door open, all rugs WET, sofas and loveseats undone, no scotch guard applied, no vacuuming. Basically, he just sprayed water on everything and departed. It is completely opposite to what we discussed. The lesson learned here is to never pay for a service until it's finished or micro manage him until its done. Nonetheless, if you're a real business owner and want recurring customers, that's not the way. I called several times and left

The best work at the best price. The guy who posted on here negatively was not a job I did and the phone number on here is not mine so I think I did this a long time ago and then somebody hijacked the site
