We had the easiest, seamless, perfect experience with Peter. He came within 24 hours of us calling, changed all of our locks, installed a yale system and made us copies. He even came a second time when we wanted to add an additional lock. I would use him 100 times again. He is trustworthy, budget friendly and all around a wonderful experience. Would absolutely recommend 10/10!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you have any self respect! Absolutely HORRID. Decided to go with another service provider immediately after one call. Ten seconds into my call, I was told to “get to the point” after merely asking whether or not our location was one that they’d service. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Great example of why small businesses won’t survive.

I had an emergency where I locked my self out of my car late in the evening, and my cousin recommended stears locksmith to me as she always trust them. From the moment I called they were responsive and friendly. They arrive at my place within 20 minutes and quickly assessed the situation . The services was affordable and I'll definitely be calling them again if I ever need help in the future. Highly recommend them!

We called asking for help after locking our keys in our car. When he told us it would be $300, we took a moment to decide if we could afford that much and he hung up on us. We called back a few minutes later, thinking maybe the call had just dropped, or he assumed we were going to pass and didn’t want to waste his time. Fair enough. But he was straight up mean. I told him that I was sorry and that we just needed a moment to decide, but we would like to move forward. He replies, in the most unnecessary, condescending tone, “yeah no we’re too busy. We’re not interested.” If they were truly too busy, that would be one thing, but the attitude and the phrase, “we’re not interested”, made it clear that wasn’t the case.
